Matt & his team were absolutely FANTASTIC!
Matt and his team did a great job replacing my gutters and adding downspouts. I had a problem with gutters overflowing and he sent his guys out right away. Turns out they were not even responsible for the problem--I had too few drainage pipes for too many gutters.
Matt from Allen and Deans came out in mid July to give me an estimate on repairing damaged fascia and soffit . I was pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the quote was. The repairmen showed up today, in fact a little before the expected time. My home is older so finding vented soffit to match was not possible, and I had already done my homework so I knew what I was facing. Although the new soffit doesn't match the old, its not very noticeable. I was extremely pleased with the work and will be calling them again when I need to replace my shingles.
Allen & Deans are great, they've worked with me twice now and both times were a great experience. Matt is easy to get in touch with, the guys do great work. I had a variety of needs, chimney re-flashing, bathroom roof vent, fascia repair, evaluate some water intrusion, gutter guards, and downspout extensions. Matt took the time to get it all down and they addressed every item. Its nice to have a business you can trust to take care of you.
